They feature Peugeot’s masterfully engineered grinding mechanisms, considered among the finest available. Easily adjust the grind by turning the top nut: turn it clockwise for a fine grind; counter-clockwise for a coarse grind. The pepper mill’s case-hardened-steel mechanism cracks peppercorns before grinding for an even grind and rich aroma.
