Description

GMF61 series chamfer edge prep end mills are available from 3-20mm diameter with a Weldon shank. The neck of the cutter is reduced in diameter to prevent interference with the workpiece. The V7 plus range from YG-1 offer the highest metal removal rates and silent machining of steels, stainless steels, heat resistant super alloys such as inconel & cast iron. The special multiple helix design eliminates vibration when employing large cuts and high feed rates. The results are exceptional tool life, excellent surface finish and the shortest cycle times. For the best results use in a hydraulic chuck or high-performance tool holder with excellent clamping torque.
